Shareholders are advised that Investec Property Fund is hosting a pre-close investor call prior to it
entering the closed period for the 6 months ending 30 September 2019, and accordingly the investor
document has been published on its website

Shareholders are further advised that the dividend guidance for the financial year ending 31 March
2020, provided in the financial results 2019 announcement published on SENS on 14 May 2019, remains
unchanged.
