Changes to the board of directors Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited (Registration number 2007/016236/06) (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) Share code: AIP ISIN: ZAE000123436 ("Adcock Ingram" or "the Company") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following Board changes at Adcock Ingram: - Mr Lindsay Ralphs has been appointed to the HR, Remuneration and Nominations Committee and Ms Nompumelelo "Mpumi" Madisa has resigned from this Committee but will remain as a permanent invitee thereto; - Mr Ralphs has also been appointed as the Chairperson of both the Nominations Committee and the Acquisitions Committee; - Ms Debra “Debbie” Ransby has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee and a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee; - Dr Sibongile Gumbi has been appointed as a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee; - Prof Matt Haus has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Risk and Sustainability Committee; and - Mr Kevin Wakeford has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director and as a member of the Acquisitions Committee and will be a permanent invitee to both the Audit Committee and the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
