CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that due to work commitments Ms Nomagugu Mtetwa has tendered her resignation
from the board of directors of Equities ("the Board") with effect from 31 August 2019.

The Board thanks Ms Mtetwa for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
