Resignation of Non-Executive Directors


In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Phumelela Board of Directors (“the Board”) wishes to inform shareholders that Mr
Photios Anastassopoulos has resigned from the Board with immediate effect due to
extensive work commitments and increased demand on his time.

Mr Mark Currie was appointed to the Board on 11 December 2018 but is now obligated
to step down, with immediate effect, from the Board given a potential conflict of interest
as a result of his employment with Investec Bank Limited.

The Board wishes to extend its appreciation to both Directors for their valuable
contributions to the Company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
