Appointment of Director

Investec Property Limited, as Responsible Entity of IAP, is pleased to announce the appointment of
Georgina Lynch as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2019.

Georgina has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services and property industry. She is currently
the non-executive chairperson of Cbus Property, an independent non-executive director and member of
the audit and risk committee of Viva Energy REIT and an independent non-executive director, member of
the audit and risk committee and member of the remuneration committee of Tassal Group Limited.
Georgina has significant global experience in corporate transactions, capital raisings, initial public
offerings, funds management, corporate strategy and acquisitions and divestments. She gained early
experience as a solicitor at Freehills and Mallesons Stephen Jacques and held senior roles at AMP
Capital Investors, Galileo Funds Management and Stockland. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Arts and
Bachelor of Laws.
