CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Darryl Kaplan has notified the board of directors of Astoria ("the Board") of his
intention to resign as an executive director and Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from
30 June 2019.

The company has embarked on a process to find a suitable replacement and an announcement will be made in due
course.

The Board thanks Darryl for his contribution to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and a
secondary listing on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
