RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr. Erik Rudolf Venter has
resigned as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company for personal reasons.
His resignation will take effect on 30 July 2019.

An announcement regarding a replacement for the Chief Executive Officer will be made in
due course. The Company has a strong and experienced executive team to continue running
the Company, and business will continue as normal.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Venter for his invaluable contribution to the Company over
the past 23 years, and wishes him every success in his new endeavours.
