UPDATE ON THE ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS ON THE NON-BINDING ADVISORY VOTES
ON THE REMUNERATION POLICY AND REMUNERATION IMPLEMENTATION REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 7 November 2018, relating to the results of Resilient's
annual general meeting and the invitation to shareholders to engage with the Company with respect to Resilient's
remuneration policy and remuneration report.
Shareholders are advised that due to limited feedback received on the remuneration policy and remuneration report, the
Company has extended the period for providing feedback to Friday, 29 March 2019. Shareholders who have not yet
engaged with the Company are requested to address their concerns to the chairperson of the remuneration committee,
Umsha Reddy or to the chairperson of the board, Alan Olivier by e-mailing the company secretary at
Furthermore, Resilient will be hosting a teleconference call on Tuesday, 26 March 2019 at 10:00 at which shareholders
are invited to participate to share their views or raise their concerns on the Company's remuneration policy and
remuneration implementation report.

Resilient will consider the nature of steps it should take to address legitimate and reasonable objections and concerns in
accordance with the King IV Report on Corporate Governance.
