The board of directors of Conduit Capital is pleased to announce that the rating agency, Global Credit Rating
Co. (“GCR”), has affirmed the national scale debt rating of Conduit Capital as BBB(ZA) and A3(ZA) in the long -
term and short-term, respectively; with a Stable outlook.

Furthermore, an international scale rating of B+ has been accorded; with a Stable outlook.
