APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
board of directors of Salungano Group ("Board") has approved the appointment of Mr Jannie Muller ("Mr Muller")
as Chief Financial Officer and executive financial director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2026.

Mr Muller has served as the Company's interim Chief Financial Officer since 19 February 2025. Prior thereto, he
served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company's subsidiary, Neosho Trading 86 Proprietary Limited.

Mr Muller is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and Chartered Financial Analyst, with more than 25 years'
experience in senior finance, treasury, reporting, modelling and optimisation roles. His career includes substantial
mining and listed-company experience, including having served as Chief Financial Officer of International Ferro
Metals Ltd, a London Stock Exchange-listed mining and smelting group, where he was responsible for, among
other matters, group financial control, regulatory reporting, treasury, internal controls and audit processes.

The Board confirms that, with the assistance of an external service provider, it has undertaken the requisite fit
and proper assessment in respect of Mr Muller and is satisfied with the outcome.

Additionally, the Company confirms that there are no positive statements in respect of the integrity information
contained in Mr Muller's director's declaration.

The Board welcomes Mr Muller's appointment and looks forward to his continued contribution to the Company.
