SABZK – UPDATE TO THE DATE AND VENUE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited announcement issued on 26
March 2026 ("Original SENS") wherein they were advised that the annual general meeting of SABZK ("AGM")
would be a hybrid meeting held at Grace Bible Church, 1478 Dlebelendlovu Street, Pimville Zone 1, Pimville,
1809 and electronically at http://bit.ly/3Py2yrs on 5 May 2026 at 11:00 (SA time).

Unfortunately, due to a change in the physical venue, the meeting is being postponed until 15 May 2026 at
11:00 (SA time) and the hybrid meeting will now be held at Johannesburg ExpoCentre, Cnr Nasrec & Randshow
Roads, Johannesburg and electronically at http://bit.ly/3Py2yrs. Other than the changes to the dates and
physical venue, there are no other changes to the notice of AGM. The amended version of the notice of AGM is
available at https://www.sabzenzelekabili.co.za from today, Wednesday, 15 April 2026, for information
purposes.
