DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that the Company's
integrated annual report ("Integrated Report"), incorporating the full audited consolidated
annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024
("Annual Financial Statements") and the notice of the annual general meeting of the
Company ("Notice of AGM"), was distributed to shareholders today, 30 April 2025.

The Integrated Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also be available on the
Company's website, at www.casholdings.co.za/investor-relations/ as from today,
30 April 2025.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00 am on
Thursday, 5 June 2025, at the offices of the JSE Limited, One Exchange Square, 2 Gwen
Lane, Sandown, Sandton, South Africa, and through electronic communication, to transact
the business as set out in the abovementioned Notice of AGM.
