NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITORS


Investors are advised that, following the recent change in ownership of the manager of the Schemes, the manager
has initiated a change in the external auditor of the Schemes to align the audit arrangements with the new ownership
structure.
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) approved the change on 16 October 2026.
Accordingly, Ernst & Young has been appointed as auditor of the Schemes, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers
Inc. (“PwC”), with effect from 16 October 2026, being the date on which the FSCA approved the change.
The Schemes confirm that the appointment of the new auditor complies with paragraphs 6.11 and 6.12 of the JSE
Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements.
The change was not the result of any disagreement with the outgoing auditor concerning accounting practices,
financial statement disclosure, auditing scope or procedure, and there were no reportable irregularities relating to the
Schemes.
