DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS AND PRESCRIBED OFFICERS

In accordance with the terms of the JSE's long-term incentive scheme ("LTIS
2018"), share awards granted in 2022 and 2023 have vested in the hands of
JSE executive directors and prescribed officers (the "Participants"). Share
awards are subject to corporate performance conditions and, where the
performance conditions are not achieved, the relevant portion of the share
award is forfeited.

On instruction of the named Participants below, the JSE LTIS 2018 Trust
sold 61 175 vested ordinary shares ("LTIS 2018 shares") to settle the
income tax due on vesting. These LTIS 2018 shares were sold on-market and
at a volume-weighted average price ("VWAP") of R152.4722 per ordinary
share. The total transaction value amounted to R9 327 486.
