A portfolio in the Sygnia Itrix Collective Investment Scheme in Securities,
registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
45 of 2002.

Partial Delisting Of SYGESG Securities

SYGESG will partially delist 600000 securities from the JSE with commencement
of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 70.37 per security.

Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 40576873 SYGESG
securities in issue.
