Additional Listing Of SYGP Securities


SYGP has issued and will list an additional 200000 securities with effect from
the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 46.25
per security.


Following the listing of the 200000 securities, there will be 7058274 SYGP
securities in issue.
