CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES


In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Italtile ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders of the following changes to the Board
Committees, with immediate effect.

-   Dr Alex Motshwanetsi Mathole, an independent non-executive director and currently the
    Chairperson and member of the Remuneration Committee, has stepped down as Chairperson and
    member of the Remuneration Committee.

-   Ms Susan du Toit, who currently serves as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and as a
    member of the Nominations Committee, Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee,
    has stepped down as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director. Ms du Toit has been appointed
    as the Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee.

-   Ms Lushane Prezens, who currently serves as an independent non-executive director, as well as a
    member and Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as a member of
    the Remuneration Committee and as the Company's Lead Independent Non-Executive Director.


Accordingly, the Remuneration Committee will be comprised as follows:
-   Ms Susan du Toit (Chairperson)
-   Mr Giovanni Ravazzotti
-   Ms Luciana Ravazzotti Langenhoven
-   Ms Lushane Prezens
-   Mr Leon Lourens
