DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

The Company has received notice from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited on
behalf of its clients that it has disposed of ordinary shares in the Company such that its total
beneficial interest has decreased to 0.23% of the ordinary shares in issue.

The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel, per section
122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement, and to the best of their knowledge and belief, that information is true, and this
announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of the information included.
