LESAKA SELLS ENTIRE INTEREST IN MOBIKWIK FOR APPROXIMATELY ZAR 290 MILLION

On June 30, 2025, Lesaka filed a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission announcing that
on June 26, 2025, it, through its wholly owned subsidiary Net 1 Applied Technologies B.V., Netherlands, had completed
the sale of its entire equity interest in One Mobikwik Systems Limited ("Mobikwik") on the Indian Stock Exchange,
generating net cash proceeds of approximately ZAR 290 million ($16.3 million using prevailing exchange rates of $1: ZAR
17.75).
