COMPLETION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRO RATA REPURCHASE

Shareholders of Ethos Capital ("Shareholders") are referred to the finalisation announcement
released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service on 25 February 2026 relating to
the intended pro rata repurchase by the Company of A ordinary shares in the issued share capital
of the Company ("Ethos Capital Shares") from all Shareholders (the "Repurchase").

Shareholders are advised that the Repurchase has now been implemented in accordance with
its terms, and payment of the cash consideration due to Shareholders entitled to participate in
the Repurchase has been effected. The relevant CSDP and broker accounts have been updated
accordingly.

Pursuant to the Repurchase, the Company has returned an aggregate amount of
R854,077,818.60 in cash to Shareholders and repurchased 105,441,706 Ethos Capital Shares.
The repurchased Ethos Capital Shares will be de-listed from the JSE Limited and cancelled as
issued shares.

For the determination of the net asset value per share, the Company has 150,543,734 A ordinary
shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) as from this date.
