TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of paragraph 6.26 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as the company becomes reasonably certain
that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from that of
the previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, a review by management of the financial results for the six months ended
30 September 2025 has indicated that:

•   earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to be between 36.33 cents and 40.63 cents
    reflecting an increase of between 69.14% and 89.14% compared to the EPS of 21.48
    cents for the six months ended 30 September 2024; and

•   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is expected to be between 36.32 cents and 40.64
    cents reflecting an increase of between 68.48% and 88.48% compared to the HEPS of
    21.56 cents for the six months ended 30 September 2024.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company's auditors. Salungano Group's interim financial results for the
period ended 30 September 2025 are expected to be released on SENS on or about
30 April 2026.
