UPDATE ON THE DIVESTMENT OF A WOMEN’S HEALTH PRODUCT IN EUROPE TO ENNOGEN

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 November 2026 relating to the
divestment by Aspen’s wholly owned subsidiary, Aspen Global Incorporated, of the commercialisation rights
and related intellectual property relating to Ovestin in Europe (the “Assets”) to Ennogen Healthcare
International Limited (“Ennogen”) for a purchase consideration of EUR 197 million, plus the cost of the
related inventory (the “Transaction”).

As stated in that announcement, completion of the Transaction was subject to the condition precedent that
Ennogen’s funding arrangements become unconditional, with the purchase consideration of EUR 197 million
for the Assets payable on completion.

Aspen is pleased to confirm that the condition precedent has been satisfied, the purchase consideration of
EUR 197 million for the Assets was received by Aspen on 3 November 2026 and, accordingly, the Transaction
