   DETAILS OF PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION APPLICATION HEARING AND FURTHER
                       CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary and renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was released on SENS on 2 March 2026.

Tongaat Hulett advised shareholders on SENS on 12 February 2026 that the sale agreements
had lapsed, with Vision declining to grant an extension, and accordingly that the Business
Rescue Plan ("BRP") was no longer capable of implementation.

Furthermore, as announced via SENS and in the regular monthly BRP status report updates,
the most recent of which was published on the 10 April 2026, shareholders were advised that
the provisional liquidation application had been set down for hearing on 16 April 2026 in the
Durban High Court, the proceedings of which can be accessed in the following link from 9h30

The shares of Tongaat Hulett remain suspended on the JSE, and shareholders are advised
to continue to exercise caution in relation to the Company's securities until a further
announcement is made.
