AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the Group's audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements and the separate audited
Annual Financial Statements of the Company, both for the year ended 31 March 2025, have been published today, 27
June 2025 on the Company's website (https://tfglimited.co.za/investor-relations/reports-presentations/).

No Change Statement
The audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to the previously published reviewed
Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025, which were released on the Stock
Exchange News Service (SENS) on 6 June 2025.

A further announcement will be released on SENS once the Group's suite of reports, including the Notice of Annual
General Meeting, is distributed to shareholders.
