POSTING OF NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that a notice of general meeting of shareholders of Exemplar was distributed today, Friday,
13 March 2026. The general meeting will be held on Wednesday, 15 April 2026 at 11:00 at the Company's registered
office, 204 Von Willich Avenue, Clubview, Centurion.
The notice of general meeting relates to:
- proposed amendments to the Company's 2022 share scheme to introduce a new equity-based short-term incentive
remuneration component for the Company's key employees; and
- a general authority to issue up to 20% of the issued share capital of Exemplar.

The last day to trade in order to be participate in and vote at the general meeting is Monday, 30 March 2026 and the
record date for voting purposes is Thursday, 2 April 2026. Full details in respect of electronic participation are set out
