Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company's notice of annual general meeting ("Notice of AGM"),
incorporating the summarised audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 28 February 2025
("Summarised Financial Results") was distributed to shareholders today, 13 June 2025 and is also available
on the Company's website at https://finbondgroup.com/downloads.html.
Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders ("AGM") will be held
at Finbond's registered office on Friday, 24 October 2025, at 14:00, to transact the business as set out in
the Notice of AGM distributed together with the Summarised Financial Results.
