GRANT AND ACCEPTANCE OF FORFEITABLE SHARE AWARDS IN TERMS OF THE SHOPRITE
HOLDINGS EXECUTIVE SUPER STRETCH INCENTIVE (ESSI) SCHEME
In terms of paragraphs 6.77 to 6.90 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“Listings Requirements”),
Shoprite Holdings gives notice that its executive directors, directors of its major subsidiary and the company
secretary have dealt in securities of the Company, after having received prior clearance to do so in terms of
paragraph 6.83 of the Listings Requirements.
Details of the transactions are provided below:
