RECEIPT OF DISTRIBUTION FROM ATTERBURY PROPERTY HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED


Shareholders are advised that on 6 August 2026 RMH received a cash distribution of R94 782 204 from
Atterbury Property Holdings Proprietary Limited (“APH”).

The distribution arose from the repayment by Atterbury Property Proprietary Limited of a loan of
approximately R246 million owing to APH, the proceeds of which were distributed by APH to its shareholders.
RMH’s shareholding in APH is unchanged.

Following receipt, RMH holds cash and cash equivalents of approximately R230 million, which have been
placed on deposit in a money market account. The board has not taken any decision as to the application of
the funds and will be considering its options in due course.
