APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: INTEGRITY STATEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 December 2025, regarding the
appointment of Mr Gideon Johannes (Johan) Geel as an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer
of Astral with effect from 1 March 2026.

With reference to paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Requirements and the integrity information contained in
Schedule 1, the Company confirms that there were no positive statements made by Mr Johan Geel.
