RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 18 November 2025, and
further renewal on 5 December 2025, advising that Atterbury Property Fund Proprietary Limited
("Atterbury") had notified the board of RMH ("the Board") of a potential offer to acquire the
securities of RMH.

RMH has received a non-binding indicative proposal from Atterbury, which is under consideration
by the Board. Discussions between Atterbury and the Board are ongoing and accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in RMH's securities until a
further announcement is issued.
