CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND COMMITTEE COMPOSITION

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Ms Karen Classen has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 20
November 2025.

Ms Classen's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in
Accounting, Chartered Accountant (SA) and Chartered Accountant (Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Scotland).

She has served as an audit partner responsible for the audits of significant components
of various listed companies both in South Africa and the United Kingdom, she was
previously a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Africa, Deloitte Africa and Forvis
Mazars LLP in the United Kingdom and most recently served as a director of Motlanalo
Inc.

The Board welcomes Ms Classen and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
