APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Board of
Directors of Copper 360 has appointed Mr. Llewellyn Delport as an Independent Non-Executive Director to further strengthen the
Board's governance and oversight capacity with effect from 21 October 2025. He will serve on the Investment Committee and the
Social and Ethics Committee.

Brief profile:
Llewellyn is a seasoned executive and non-executive director with over 30 years of experience driving strategy, turnarounds, and
value creation in the mining and energy sectors across multiple countries. He has a proven track record of taking projects from
greenfield stages to profitability, delivering shareholder value, and leading sustainable growth initiatives. As a Non-Executive
Director and former CEO of Trans Hex Group Ltd. Llewellyn combines operational expertise with strategic insight, advising boards
on high-impact decisions, risk management, and long-term value creation. He brings extensive industry knowledge, a strong
professional network, and the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities, optimise operations, and enhance corporate
governance – ultimately strengthening investor confidence.
