Results Of The Initial Offer For STXGLP Etf ("The Portfolio")

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 02 December 2025 regarding the listing
approval and the private placement for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the results of the private placement.

Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the private placement is for an amount of R 15 250 000 (Fifteen Million
Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand rands only).
