NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST

Shareholders are advised that Brait has received formal notification that Public Investment Corporation
SOC Ltd (“PIC”) has increased its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by PIC now amounts to 5.04% of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
