RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement which was first published on 29 July 2025 and subsequently
renewed on 5 September 2025 ("Previous Announcement"), and are advised as follows:

As announced on SENS on 15 October 2025, the increase in the Company's authorised share capital from 1 000 000 000
shares to 4 500 000 000 shares was approved by the requisite majority of shareholders at the Company's annual general
meeting held on that day, which increase was necessary to create the number of additional shares required to implement
the combined claw-back offer and rights offer ("Combined Claw-back Offer and Rights Offer") detailed in the Previous
Announcement.

The JSE is in the process of reviewing the fairness opinions prepared by an independent expert in respect of the small related
party transactions referred to in the Previous Announcement. Once this process is completed, the circular in respect of the
Combined Claw-back Offer and Rights Offer will be finalised.

Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until such time as a further announcement and the Combined
Claw-back Offer and Rights Offer circular are published.
