AVAILABILITY OF BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT AND UPDATE REGARDING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are hereby notified that the Company's annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-
Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available on the Company's website at:

Shareholders are further advised that the notice of annual general meeting will be dispatched to shareholders on
or about 5 November 2025 and the annual general meeting is expected to be held on or about 3 December 2025. A
further announcement will be published once the notice of annual general meeting has been dispatched.
