TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025
In accordance with paragraph 6.26 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("JSE LR"),
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period ("current period") to be reported upon next
will differ by at least 20% from those of the prior comparative period ("prior period").
Shareholders are accordingly advised that the Group's basic headline earnings per share
("HEPS") for the current period is expected to be between 531.8 cents and 571.1 cents,
representing between 35% and 45%, higher than the HEPS of 393.9 reported for the prior
period.
The Group's financial results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025 are expected
to be released on the Stock Exchange News Service on or about 10 March 2026.
