DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES BY METAL INDUSTRIES BENEFIT FUND ADMINISTRATORS (NPC)

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 ("the Act"),
shareholders are advised that Metal Industries Benefit Fund Administrators (NPC) has formally notified Copper 360 that it has
acquired ordinary shares in the Company, resulting in the total beneficial interest of Copper 360 ordinary shares held by Metals
Industries Benefit Fund Administrators (NPC) increasing to 6.1% of the total issued Copper 360 ordinary shares.

The Board of Copper 360 accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and confirms that, to the best
