AVAILABILITY OF FY2025 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, INTEGRATED REPORT, SUSTAINABILITY
REPORT AND B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE

1. Annual Financial Statements

Oceana shareholders ("Shareholders") are advised that Oceana issued its audited annual financial statements
for the financial year ended 30 September 2025 ("AFS") which were published on Monday, 24 November 2025.
The AFS are available on the Company's website at https://www.oceana.co.za/investors-information-financial-
reports


Oceana's external auditors, Forvis Mazars, have issued an unmodified audit opinion on the AFS, which includes
communication of key audit matters

2. Availability of FY2025 Annual Reporting Suite

Shareholders are advised that an electronic version of the Oceana 2025 Integrated Report and the 2025
Sustainability Report, are available on the Group's website at https://www.oceana.co.za/investors-information-
integrated-reports. Shareholders who wish to receive a printed copy of any of the documents in the 2025 Reporting
Suite may request same from the Company Secretary at companysecretary@oceana.co.za.

3. Availability of B-BBEE Compliance Certificate

Shareholders are advised that the annual compliance certificate in terms of Section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No.46 of 2013, is available on the Group's website at
https://www.oceana.co.za/governance-compliance-and-king-iv.
