SUSPENSION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company convened today, Friday, 15
May 2026, at 11:00 at Johannesburg ExpoCentre, Cnr Nasrec & Randshow Roads, Johannesburg, was suspended
due to safety concerns arising at the venue.
In the interests of the safety and wellbeing of shareholders, directors, employees and other stakeholders in
attendance, the Chairperson resolved to suspend the meeting before the business of the AGM could be
concluded.
The Company is currently assessing the circumstances and will advise shareholders in due course of the
arrangements for the reconvening of the AGM and/or any further steps required in accordance with the
Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, the Company's Memorandum of Incorporation and the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements.
Shareholders are requested to take note of the above announcement.
