APPOINTMENT OF BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBER
In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Company's Board
Committee.
The Board is pleased to announce that Ms Lisa Seftel ("Lisa") has been appointed as
a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective immediately.
Lisa currently serves as a non-executive director of the company and is a highly
accomplished strategic executive with nearly 30 years of experience across various
spheres of the South African Government. Until February 2025, she held the position
of Executive Director at the National Economic Development and Labour Council
(Nedlac). Her previous leadership roles include Executive Director of Transport at the
City of Johannesburg, Municipal Manager of the Sedibeng District Municipality, Chief
Director of Policy in the Gauteng Office of the Premier, and Executive Manager of
Labour Relations at the Department of Labour.
The Board extends its best wishes to Lisa in her new role and looks forward to her
continued contribution.
