Availability of Integrated Report

Shareholders are advised that the Company's Integrated Report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the
year ended 28 February 2025 (the "FY2025 AFS"), which contain no changes from the FY2025 AFS published on
SENS on 26 May 2025 and on which the Company's auditors, BDO South Africa Inc., have expressed an unmodified
audit opinion, has been distributed to shareholders today, Tuesday, 17 June 2025 and is available on the Company's
website at:

Notice of annual general meeting

The Integrated Report contains a notice of annual general meeting of Exemplar shareholders which will be held on
Wednesday, 16 July 2025 at 15h00 at the Company's registered office, 204 Von Willich Avenue, Clubview, Centurion.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 1 July
2025, and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 4 July 2025.

Availability of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment annual compliance report

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual compliance
report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available on the
Company's website at:
