TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026

In terms of paragraph 6.26 of the JSE Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on
next will differ by at least 20% from the published financial results for the previous corresponding period.

Nictus shareholders are advised that for the year ended 31 March 2026, the Group expects to report:

    -   earnings per share ("EPS") of between 65.56 cents and 73.14 cents compared to EPS of
        37.89 cents reported for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("Previous Corresponding Period"),
        being an increase of between 73.03% and 93.03%; and
    -   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of between 65.63 cents and 73.17 cents compared to HEPS
        of 37.66 cents reported for the Previous Corresponding Period, being an increase of between
        74.28% and 94.28%.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
Nictus' independent auditor and is the responsibility of the directors of the Company.

The financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026 are expected to be published on SENS on or about
Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
