ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS ON REMUNERATION IMPLEMENTATION REPORT

Shareholders are referred to the release of the results of FirstRand's annual general meeting, which was published
via the Stock Exchange News Service (SENS) on 3 December 2025. In line with the JSE Listings Requirements
and the recommendations of King IV, shareholders are now invited to provide feedback on the group's
remuneration implementation report.

The group invites shareholders to email its company secretary office, companyoffice@firstrand.co.za and
firstrandcosec@firstrand.co.za, by no later than close of business on Monday, 23 February 2026 to request a
meeting.

The group will conduct these meetings on an individual basis, and virtually via Microsoft teams.
