INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company's 2026 Integrated Report, containing the Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2026, and the Notice of Annual General
Meeting, were distributed to shareholders today and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on 11 May 2026.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held
at 10h00 on Friday, 24 July 2026 via MS Teams, to transact the business as stated in the Notice
of Annual General Meeting.
The record date for the purpose of determining which shareholders of the Company are
entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 17 July 2026.
Accordingly, the last date to trade for shareholders to be entitled to attend, speak and vote
at the Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, 14 July 2026.
The 2026 Integrated Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published and
are available on the Company's website, www.raubex.com
