CHANGES TO BOARD AND STATUTORY COMMITTEES: MS AUDREY MOTHUPI PALMSTIERNA

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 April 2026 advising
that Ms Audrey Mothupi Palmstierna had been appointed as an independent non-executive
director of Sun International with effect from 15 April 2026.

In accordance with paragraph 6.71(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Audrey has been
appointed as an additional member of the Sun International remuneration, social and ethics
and risk committees, with effect from 14 May 2026.

The board looks forward to receiving the benefit of Audrey's extensive experience and
guidance on these committees in the future.
