Notification of the amendment to the UBS Actively Managed Certificate
linked to the STANLIB Strategy 5 Portfolio

Noteholders are herby advised of the amended and restated Final Terms by
reducing the issuer fee from 0.15% per annum to 0.00%, effective 03 November
2025.

Noteholders are advised that all other information relating to the Note will
not change and that the instrument will retain its trading and financial
reference data history.

Noteholders should be aware that the Reference Portfolio Advisor is
independent of the Issuer. The performance of the Product is largely
dependent on the skill and decisions made by the Reference Portfolio Advisor.
Decisions made by the Reference Portfolio Advisor may not always be
profitable and therefore may have a material adverse impact on the value of
this Product. Moreover, past performance of other products managed by the
