CHANGES IN LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

The board of directors of Nampak ("the Board") advised shareholders on 31
March 2025 that Mr Andrew Hood ("Andrew") had been appointed as Chief Operating
Officer with effect from 1 April 2025 as part of succession planning to
succeed Mr Phil Roux ("Phil") as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with effect
from 1 October 2025.

The Board advises shareholders with regret of Andrew's resignation due to
personal family circumstances. Andrew has made a significant contribution to
the turnaround of Nampak during his tenure and the Board would like to extend
its sincere gratitude to him.

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
the Board (on recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee)
has agreed to extend Phil's term as CEO until a suitable successor has been
appointed thereby ensuring leadership continuity. The appointment of a future
CEO for Nampak remains a high priority for the Board and shareholders will be
advised of further developments in this regard.
