SATRIX GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE FEEDER ETF
JSE CODE: STXIFR
ISIN: ZAE000301586
("SATRIXIFR" OR "STXIFR")

A portfolio in the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme in Securities,
registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
 Act, 45 of 2002

Proposed Amalgamation of the Satrix Smart City Infrastructure Feeder
ETF (JSE code: STXCTY) with the Satrix Global Infrastructure Feeder ETF
 (JSE code: STXIFR)

This notification serves to inform participatory holders of the
SATRIXIFR securities of the proposed amalgamation of the Satrix Smart
City Infrastructure Feeder ETF (source fund) with the Satrix Global
Infrastructure Feeder ETF (target fund) managed by Satrix.

The proposed amalgamation will have no impact on the investment held
by the participatory holders of the SATRIXIFR securities. Investors in
the source fund will be balloted, and an announcement covering all
details of the amalgamation has been published on JSE SENS on 3
 September 2025.

The Trustees (Standard Chartered Bank) will oversee the process and
ensure the targeted fund's mandate is not breached, and that no illiquid
assets are transferred into the target fund.

Participatory holders of the SATRIXIFR securities have the right to
object to the amalgamation by sending an email stating their objection
to our compliance department at satrixballots@satrix.co.za on or before
15 October 2025. Please include your ID number or investor code, the
reason for your objection, and the name of the platform where your
 investment is held.

Following a successful ballot of the source fund investors and FSCA
approval, the proposed amalgamation will result in the following:
 • The source fund will cease to exist.
 • The targeted fund will receive additional investors and assets
(cash and/or units of underlying portfolios).

 Special distribution

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority ("FSCA") requires that all
accrued income in portfolios be distributed prior to the amalgamation
taking place. Therefore, a special income distribution will be
 processed.
