The proposed amalgamation will have no impact on the investment held by the participatory holders of the SATRIXESG securities. Investors in the source fund will be balloted and an announcement covering all details of the amalgamation has been published on JSE SENS on 03 September 2025. The Trustees (Standard Chartered Bank) will oversee the process and ensure the targeted fund's mandate is not breached, and that no illiquid assets are transferred into the target fund. Participatory holders of the SATRIXESG securities have the right to object to the amalgamation, by sending an email stating your objection to our compliance department at satrixballots@satrix.co.za on or before 15 October 2025.
